Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period runs from the day of the contract for digital content and services, and from the day you (or a person you name) receive the goods for physical products.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement (an e-mail to league.of.riddles@gmail.com is enough) with your order number and the e-mail address used for the order. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your statement before the 14-day period ends.

Digital content: passes and downloads

Party passes, downloads and other digital content not supplied on a tangible medium are delivered immediately after payment. If you agreed at purchase to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun. If you did not give that consent, you keep the 14-day right and we will refund you in full.

Regardless of the above: if the game or a file does not work as described, you have the legal guarantee of conformity for two years. Write to us; we will fix it, replace it, or refund you where the law provides for it.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs where they applied, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used unless you expressly agree otherwise; the refund costs you nothing.

Physical products (when offered)

Send the goods back to the address in our Legal notice within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we state otherwise for a product. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of return. You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
