League of Riddles is a game night at home for kids aged 6–12: a gong, riddles on the TV, hidden treasure and a thrill without the horror. Here is the whole evening, step by step.
1. Buy a party pass
Choose the pass in the shop. After payment you get an e-mail with a link to the game app. Nothing is shipped.
2. Prepare the game on your phone
Open the editor, walk through your home and pick hiding places: under a pillow, in a shoe, behind the curtain, in the pot cupboard. For each place take a photo or write a clue. Set the number of rounds and the time between them. You can prepare weeks ahead and change everything until the party starts. Then attach your pass and pick the party date.
3. Print and hide
Print the play money and the chest-code notes (PDF). Before the guests arrive, hide the money and code digits in the places you chose. Keep hiding places at child height and away from the oven, medicines, sockets and cleaning products.
4. Run the party from the couch
Open the game on your TV (a TV browser, or a laptop connected by HDMI, Chromecast or AirPlay) and pair your phone with the room code shown on the screen. Press Start. The gong sounds, the riddle appears, the kids run. Between rounds they buy small prizes in your shop; at the end there is an auction and the big locked chest opens with the code they collected.
What you need

- A smartphone for the host, and internet on both devices.
